Packaging Artwork Specialist (Creative Design)
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
A bachelors degree in design, Marketing, or a relevant field Strong portfolio showcasing previous packaging design projects and/or a strong understanding of the technical skills required for Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. 3D modeling software knowledge is a bonus! Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of packaging production processes and materials Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Creating and manipulating 2D graphics through Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Design a variety of given projects within specified brand standards and adjust to recommended revisions Prepare and check final artwork before it is released for production Dieline management and translation for stakeholders of all packaging Artwork proofing- review all packaging artwork for accuracy and route cross-functionally to obtain approvals Formatting graphics as well as collecting, processing, and proofing various graphics files Assisting ACR design teams in producing print, packaging, advertising, point-of-purchase, and digital graphics Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements Reviewing and proofing graphic materials before the product is marked as complete Following a product workflow and timeline to ensure projects progress in a timely manner Develop packaging designs that meet product and brand guidelines Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure packaging design can be effectively produced by manufacturers and suppliers Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product and packaging requirements Write and design compelling marketing materials, newsletters, product descriptions, product catalogs, and promotional materials Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape Maintain existing workbooks and marketing schedules through multiple platforms already in existence Maintain and update all artwork files in CRM and company network Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based onthe skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
