Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Product Strategy Advisor, Dental (Direct to Consumer) - Remote - Cigna Healthcare (Finance)
Core Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, develop and refine enterprise and market level strategies through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment
• Identify and lead tactics to maximize product advantages [against] competitors while aligning with the profitability and growth goals of the Individual segment
• Partner with and independently navigate matrix partners/organizations such as Product Dev, Network/Provider Contracting, Segment Market and distribution managers, Network, IT, Pricing, Analytics, and Service Operations to identify and implement new product and/or enhancements that will result in increased membership/earnings
• Guide development of and utilize performance metric reports to monitor, communicate and positively influence areas of opportunity
• Project manage one or multiple product strategy topics, organize key meetings, document progress & key milestones, and manage key product artifacts
• Collaborate with key partners to ensure products meet or exceed regulatory guidelines
• Show a proven ability to independently navigate cross-functional areas and manage projects that are outside current area of expertise
• Lead Dental product related projects, developing project proposals, business cases, product specifications and project requirements
• Identify potential issues and roadblocks from a product perspective and works to mitigate risks to ensure success.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience in healthcare insurance, direct to consumer or group insurance. Experience in dental insurance preferred.
• Proven success in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Collaborative approach to achieving results.
• Drives resolution of issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Ability to conduct research and make sound business decisions by interpreting data and key metrics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• BA preferred or equal experiences.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,400 - 167,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
