Customer Growth Internship: Summer 2025 (Biotech)
As an intern, you will join over 5,000 talented individuals who are leaders, critical thinkers, accountable, curious, flexible and results-minded all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels. In addition, you will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities and areas of study. Some highlights of our internship program include:

Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned professionals. As the Customer Growth Intern you will support the execution of key strategies by analyzing data, reviewing critical reporting and reacting to data points associated with the business. The Customer Growth intern will lead a dedicated project focused on defining a specific customer growth cohort, aligning with the ongoing Customer Journey and Lifetime Value (LTV) initiatives. This project, alongside others, will outline key communication and measurement tactics and identify an innovative strategy to drive customer growth.
