This position will assist with lending system administration and software support along with work on special projects, assist with quality control processes, monthly reporting including HMDA/CRA and general ledgers.
The salary for this role will be between $21-$33 an hour The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant's skills and prior relevant experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist with lending system administration duties such as, address user issues, oversee user access and authorities.
Provides support and troubleshooting for a broad range of loan support questions and expertise for specific lending system applications.
Assist with testing, and analyzing features of new releases, products and software upgrades.
Coordinate with Information Technology and other support groups when technical solutions are required.
Assist with the planning and ongoing improvements to Loan Operations Department processes, procedures and system applications.
Review and update new and existing and procedures on a regular basis.
Assist with various quality control processes.
Completion of daily reports.
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts and Bancontrol accounts.
Assist with monthly reporting including HMDA and CRA.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Project friendliness and professionalism in both appearance and attitude when dealing with customers in order to present a positive Riverview Bank image.
Serve as a resource to bank associates and project managers regarding a broad range of loan system application questions.
Participate in and complete training objectives with passing scores.
Maintain current knowledge of bank operations, procedures and Riverview Loan policy.
Follow all state and federal laws, and all Riverview Bank policies and procedures.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Daily contact with Supervisor/Manager to receive direction and interpretation on existing and new procedures.
Periodic contact with Mortgage and Commercial Lending Teams personnel to provide information and assistance.
Occasional contact with representatives of businesses who provide necessary confirmation, documentation, etc., of various types of loan related information (i.e., appraisers, title and credit companies, real estate agencies, and various government agencies).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Two or more years related experience as a System Specialist or strong technical system skills and basic knowledge of loan processes and concepts and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS:
Must have the ability to perform system analysis related to lending systems and be able to project and respond to the needs of those utilizing the system.
Basic knowledge of software applications to include but not limited to: Phoenix Host, Abrigo, Encompass, LaserPro, AVCM, Diligenz, other in-house software and Internet based applications.
Prefer advanced technical knowledge relating to Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Excel.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present complex information in one-on-one situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in a professional manner.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in a timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, safety rules and company manuals.
Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment.
