Middle School Exceptional Education One-on-One Aide, 2025-26 SY (Education)

The Soulsville Charter School (TSCS) middle school is seeking candidates for the role of a Exceptional Education One-on-One Aide teacher. This individual will support a small group of middle school students from the exceptional education department to reach their fullest potential and meet their daily academic goals inside the classroom. This role requires a person of compassion, perseverance and intuition.
POSITION TITLE: Support Staff - The Soulsville Charter School
REPORTS TO: MIDDLE SCHOOL DIRECTOR
POSITION: The Soulsville Charter School, full-time regular exempt
MISSION: The Soulsville Charter School will prepare students for success in college and life in an academically rigorous, music-rich environment.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The one-on-one aide has the primary responsibility for supporting exceptional education students to meet daily academic and behavioral expectations as set by teachers and their individualized education plan. The one-on-one aide will support with classwork, homework, independent practice, class transitions and other supports to meet students' individual needs.
