NIGHT WKEND SHFT MANAGER (Finance)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Night Weekend Shift Manager to oversee our operations during non-business hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facility during the night and weekend shifts. They will be expected to manage a team of employees, assign tasks, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. The Night Weekend Shift Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, and for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a shift manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with inventory management systems
Responsibilities:
