Specialist Landlord Relations (Project Management)

The Team

We are seeking a Landlord Relations Specialist to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Land Management team within the Finance organization. The Land Management team ensures the Company's U.S. assets are protected and ensures customers have positive experiences with American Tower. Day to day you will field and resolve general inquiries from landlords while maintaining high levels of customer service. As a Landlord Relations Specialist you will partner cross-functionally to ensure landlords' inquiries are answered and/or routed to the appropriate internal team(s) for processing.
