F5, Inc. seeks Software Engineer III in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Design and develop high performance microservices. Understand the scalability dimension of a large-scale distributed platform and develop software accordingly. Follow software development lifecycle for feature development i.e., design, develop, test and support. Work with geographically distributed teams. Deliver software as a service in the cloud. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to F5 Seattle office may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) C/C++; (2) Java; (3) Python; (4) JavaScript; (5) NodeJS; (6) Linux; (7) AWS; (8) OpenStack; (9) Ceph; (10) HAProxy; (11) MySQL; (12) MongoDB; and (13) Git. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to F5 Seattle office may be required.
