Core Responsibilities:
Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability of machining processesCNC programming for all horizontal (HMC) and vertical (VMC) machining Cutting tool specification and continuous process improvement to reduce cycle time and increase tool life CMM programming and program managementGauge design and specificationMachining fixture designData collection and analysisMechanical design, Electrical and Robot knowledgePLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledgeExperience with presses and fastenersError proofing concepts and production processesProject managementBachelors degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experienceExperience with quality management systems strongly desiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
