Sales Analyst (Personal Services)

As a Sales Analyst with Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), you will provide on-going customer analysis and sales insights to stakeholders across the North America sales organization for the Western US region and Canada. In this role you will be responsible for managing and influencing sound business decisions through some but not limited to the following activities: target setting, new business analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, churn, sales planning and forecasting and sales productivity. You'll work with stakeholders at all levels of the sales organization, including consistent monthly and ad hoc connections with District Managers and the Director of Sales. This role can be based from the Kimberly-Clark Professional offices in Roswell, GA or remote with a preference for the Western US.
In this role you will:
Build consultative relationships with your Region's sales team to help bring your analytical and strategic skills to their day-to-day routines. Use your influence and persuasion skills to make them more effective at their jobs.
Provide insights on all pertinent sales performance metrics and activities by supplying ongoing, timely, and meaningful analysis of actual performance, business plans, and other sales initiatives.
Recommend courses of action to achieve sales goals and to ensure profitable operations consistent with sound business management.
Provide broad business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations, and actionable insights across a wide range of sales performance indicators (innovation, new business, pricing, etc.)
Drive periodic reporting on the health of the Region. Identify and extract key insights that focus leadership attention on the biggest needle-moving opportunities. Provide targeted analytical support to Regional sales leadership team.
Facilitate simplified analytical tools and effective dashboards to increase efficiency and data literacy of the sales organization.
Personally demonstrate Kimberly-Clark's ways of working by focusing on customers, playing to win, moving fast and growing our people.

3+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales, operations, finance, consulting, or other similar analytical role.
Comprehensive business acumen, including commercial and sales domain knowledge, to drive strategic decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands.
Track record as a self-starter with a history of rolling up sleeves and proactively “getting stuff done” without extensive direction.
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize new technology platforms for data analysis.
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and actionable insights.
Developed interpersonal skills to function as an integral part of multiple teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Knowledge of visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software (preferably Power BI).
Knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com.
Position can be remote but HQ is located in Roswell, GA so travel to office for specific review meetings may be required.

Salary Range: $86,000 - $105,500 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
