Job Description

• Shrink, pack, and carton plastic injection molded product from machines. Ability to learn this job for up to 35 different processes.
• Read and follow the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each assigned machine.
• Label all required product on the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Inspect and monitor the quality of parts, assemblies, and finished goods.
• Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance or management.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business journals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and quantities such as ratios, percentages, areas, circles, and volumes. Ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions of real-world situations.

Thinking Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of real-world variables in situations where only minimal design is available. Ability to interpret various instructions given in written, oral, graphic, or schedule form.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk long distances.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
