Operations Director (Project Management)

The company seeks a dynamic Director of Operations (DOO) to lead its Cape San Blas vacation rental operations with a focus on quality, team excellence, and company values. Reporting to the General Manager, the DOO will oversee property management, vendor coordination, cleaning and maintenance schedules, and overall rental quality. Key responsibilities include training staff, implementing policies, managing guest and owner relations, and supporting business growth through budget input and operational improvements. The role requires strong leadership aligned with values of integrity, empathy, and accountability. Offering a competitive salary, bonuses, and full benefits, the position runs from 8 AM to 6 PM, Sunday through Saturday.
