- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the overall quality of care provided to residents.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
