Our Business Office Manager (BOM) leads the charge in overseeing all administrative and financial operations within the facility, including managing resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, insurance claims, resident trust funds, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, while also coordinating with clinical staff to maintain accurate resident records and financial information; essentially acting as the primary financial liaison between the facility, residents, and their families.
