Data Analyst-Population Health and Care Management (Full- time Remote, North Carolina Based) (Biotech)
The Data Analyst-Population Health and Care Management position will support various Care Management (CM) functions by bringing creativity, critical-thinking, and disciplined design and analytic practices to provide users with timely insights and information. The successful data professional will provide decision support by leveraging various modes of analysis (such as diagnostic, forensic, descriptive, and trend analyses) to translate insights into intelligible recommendations expressed in reports, dashboards, and presentations.
This position is full-time remote. Selected candidate must reside in North Carolina. Some travel for onsite meetings to the Home office may be required.
Responsibilities & Duties
Analyze business activities to identify report and data requirements
Deliver data products that effectively communicate information
Develop and maintain data product documentation
Collaborate with Department/Unit staff and external stakeholders on report and application development
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited college/university in Human Services, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business administration or related field, and three (3) years of experience in a data oriented environment
Preferred experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare

Salary Range
$54,480 -$74,562 Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
