VP, Data Analytics Portfolio Management (Finance)
Chubb is seeking an innovative Data Analytics Portfolio manager. This incumbent will be the Product/Program Owner for development of data assets and Analytics solutions for North America divisions, focusing on P&C Commercial Pricing and Underwriting initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a specialist in P&C Commercial insurance products and technology, capable of envisioning and directing the creation of business-specific analytics and technical products. Key competencies include driving strategic initiatives, the ability to identify new use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, capture business requirements, and facilitate effective collaboration across NA and Global Analytics teams.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of in-flight assets, acting as a spokesperson and champion for both new and existing initiatives, while driving concepts from idea to implementation. You will also collaborate with business unit leaders to support analytics asset development and ensure business requirements are met. Success in this position requires strong collaboration and influencing skills, as well as a background in insurance product management and portfolio management. Effective communication regarding the value of developed assets in response to business needs will be essential.
