Customer Service Manager (Administrative)

New England Machinery, a division of Massman Companies is searching for a Customer Service Manager. The mission of Massman Companies is to produce the best running machines in the factory, and the Customer Service team is responsible for keeping the machines running at peak performance. This will be accomplished through effectively leading a team of skilled service technicians who provide support and advice on mechanical and electrical functionality, parts replacement, and machine retrofits.
