Wealth Strategist Sales Associate (Finance)

Major Duties :1. Responds to personal financial planning client
inquiries for account information or initiates transactions
requested by the client. Follows up with the client via
the telephone or through written correspondence.
2. Researches and prepares materials (i.e. estate
agreements, marketing updates) for client meetings
and presentations.
3. Sets up files on new account documentation
for existing clients or new business prospects.
4. Makes necessary arrangements for client meetings
involving travel, audio-visual aides, lunch/dinner
reservations, etc.
5. Utilizes the computer to compile reports for client
meetings and presentations.
6. Submits account documents to the legal area
and external attorneys to obtain missing information,
correct documents, clarify information, and resolve
problem situations.
7. Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports,
preparing account analysis and workflow reports) that
require responding to specific account inquiries and
issues.
8. Communicates with partner areas on all aspects
of a client relationship and initiates activity which fulfills
a partner''s or client''s needs.
9. Attends meetings and classes to keep abreast
of personal financial planning products and services.
Knowledge :Knowledge of personal financial planning
products and services usually acquired through
on the job training is required to perform client
inquiries. Knowledge of a variety of bank computer
applications (E-Mail, trust system, Focus) usually
acquired through on the job training is required
to compile reports. Organizational and personal
computer skills are necessary to prepare
materials for client meetings and presentations.
Experience :1-3 years of related client servicing experience.
