Catering Manager - Hilton Columbus Downtown (Finance)
Due to a recent promotion, the Catering Team is looking to add Catering Manager to their team! The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in Sales, Catering, or events related role. The Catering Manager will be handling the Local Corporate, ICW, and Group affiliate business up to 300 attendees on peak.
Position Statement
As a Catering Manager you are responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. This position primarily handles local corporate and citywide affiliate events requiring both selling and servicing of events. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Serve as the event planner primary contact following the contracting phase and is responsible for his/her experience.
