Project Engineering Supervisor (Finance)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Engineering Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, manage a team of engineers, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to drive innovation within the team.
This position is responsible for overseeing a highly technical resource pool that deals with complex customer solutions for critical power applications, requiring advanced knowledge of electrical design processes/procedures and tools, strong knowledge of the End-to-End quote to commission process, background leading change activity to improve processes, deploy new tools and reuse of designs, advancing ETO custom toward standard records, use of various Design tools, technical configurator, setting tools, Front End MES (Symmetry, or similar tool), calculation tools and application the rules defined for the use of the ECAD tools (SEEXP/ AutoCAD, SEE3D). The skillset required includes both technical skills and leadership ability.
