Maintenance Supervisor (Finance)
Education and/or Experience:
Employee(s) Group/Department Supervised: Maintenance department staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, timekeeping, interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems through the disciplinary action process as required.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer or standing and walking on the manufacturing floor. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Work Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to manufacturing equipment and machinery, forklifts, and pallets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme hot and wintry weather conditions. Personal protective equipment required in all areas of the production plant.
