About the VIP Bottle Server
A VIP Bottle Server at Beach House is responsible for delivering a high-end, personalized experience to VIP and cabana guests. This includes efficiently serving premium beverages, preparing bottle presentations, and ensuring seamless service with expert knowledge of the menu. They provide attentive hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a clean, organized cabana area while upholding Beach House's elevated service standards.
What you'll do:
Deliver VIP bottle service with energy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Set up and maintain bottle service sections with premium presentation.
Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide exceptional hospitality.
Handle transactions, split checks, and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Previous high-volume bar or nightlife experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy concert setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor brands.
RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification required for serving roles.
Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the concert season.
