Job Description
The Campus Programs Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies for campus engagement and recruitment, serving as the primary link between Medline and academic institutions. This position is responsible for attracting early-career talent through well-structured internship, co-op, and new graduate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering strong relationships with universities/student organizations, executing engaging campus programs, and enhancing the company's employer brand among students and academic partners.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
