Manager-TCL Program (Hybrid, North Carolina Based) (Personal Services)
The purpose of the TCL Program Manager position is to oversee the implementation, compliance, quality and performance measures of the Transition to Community Living (TCL) Program. This position requires a clinical knowledge and exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills due to the complexity of the population and requirements of the settlement agreement.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a primarily remote schedule. One day a week working onsite is required. This position will require travel within the communities Alliance serves as needed

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Master's degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college university and three (3) years of experience in a community, business, or governmental program in health-related fields or social work including one (1) year of supervisory, consultative, or administrative experience.

Salary Range
$86,600 - $110,670/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
