Job Title: Research Analyst - Accounts Receivable
Location: ADS Headquarters - Virginia Beach, VA (Not Remote)
ADS, Inc. is looking for a Research Analyst to join its Accounts Receivable Team. This is a position within the Accounts Receivable group that does not include billing or collection responsibilities. The Research Analyst will be responsible for using multiple tracking platforms to successfully compare delivery information provided with ADS's system information. They will also resolve issues with discrepancies by working with customers, suppliers, carriers, and teammates.
Responsibilities
Use multiple tracking platforms with minimal errors to successfully compare delivery information provided with ADS's system information.
Create proofs of delivery based on company and customer requirements.
Resolve issues with discrepancies by working with customers, suppliers, carriers and teammates.
Use excel to keep track of tracking results and upload appropriate information into ADS's systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook PP)
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel is required; candidates must posses a strong foundational understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis beyond basic familiarity
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to work under deadlines and complete daily assigned tasks
Desired Qualifications
Proven ability to work independently must be a self-starter
Highly developed organization skills
