Cleaning and sanitation of brewing equipment and general brewery cleaning.Perform all brewhouse and cellar work at our 75bbl production facility including:Wort productionCIP tanks, transfer lines, auxiliary equipmentYeast harvests, propagation, and yeast health monitoringOperate centrifuge and other filtration technologyPerform cellar racks, tank actions, and dry hoppingCarbonate and keg beerAll tasks to be completed with a relentless attention to detail and focus on Beer Quality.Adhere to all SOPs for tasks assignedComplete proper documentation for completed tasks via SmartsheetDocument completed tasks in ERP system (Orchestrated Beer)Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate mechanical issues to supervisor and maintenance teamRaw Material receiving, preparation, and management as it pertains to brewing actions and transfer to our Santa Rosa Pub BreweryAssist with packaging tasks as neededAssist on any other Production tasks as requested KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be a strong team player and have experience with working in a team to achieve a common goalExcellent communication skills with peers and managersEffective independent time managementStrong organizational skills for parts and equipment managementGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions; humility to ask for help when neededVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with a positive attitudeCommitment to excellence and high standardsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerPassion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlookMust maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing all tasks
