About the Role:
Willow Creek Healthcare Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Full-time shifts are available on all schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Reposition and help transfer residents safely
• Document care and report condition changes
• Keep living areas clean and comfortable
• Support a respectful and warm environment

Requirements:

• Current California CNA license
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience in long-term care is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
