- Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
- In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon company performance.

What You Will Do:
- Build the Future: Collaborate with our engineering team to construct precise electrical control boxes, panels, and wiring for our state-of-the-art 3D printers.
- Master Craftsmanship: Demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity as you meticulously assemble electrical components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Blueprint to Reality: Accurately interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to bring designs to life.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a thriving team environment by sharing ideas, optimizing processes, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A proven track record in electrical assembly or a related field.
- A knack for precision and attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- A strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
