Office Administrator (Administrative)
Open projects according to the documentation provided by project managers and company guidelines
Prepare reports, draft, and final invoices for a wide variety of public and private clients within the transportation engineering and construction engineering and inspection industries, including, but not limited to:
State, County, and Local Agencies
Federal Government
Private Companies and Individuals
Assist Staff with timesheets, expense reports, and other administrative functions
Maintain and update electronic files
Deadline Compliance
Other Administrative duties as required to maintain and support office operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in invoicing public and private clients within the Transportation Engineering and Construction Engineering and Inspection Industries.
Familiarity with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation forms and policies is highly preferred
Experience with cost plus fixed fee, lump sum, loaded rate/timecard billing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat software
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI is required
Knowledge of Deltek operating system is preferred (VantagePoint)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
