The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring an Aquatics Program Coordinator for our Kimberly, WI branch. Our Aquatics Coordinators providesafe and enjoyable water-based programs for participants of all ages, including swim lessons. Working closely with the Aquatics Director, our next Coordinator also takes care of hiring, training and mentoring our lifeguards and swim instructors. The coordinator provides the energetic know-how in creating a safe space in and around the water.Share your passion for aquatics, and most importantly fun, to create a successful aquatics program for our growing branch and community.
