Avenger Flight Group (AFG)is seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator for the front office of our Flight Training Center. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and presentable for a business setting. In this position, you will greet our customers, direct them appropriately, communicate schedule changes, and attend to their needs or questions. You will also answer the phone, route calls, order office and breakroom supplies, maintain an orderly front desk and conference room, and generally provide outstanding service to our customers.
