Project Coordinator (Finance)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.
Set up Project Folders for Electronic filing. Generate Budget Quotes using HST sales tool. Generate Alternate Quotes using HST. Follow up on Live bids to find out who won the bid. Assist with generating HELP Selections as needed. Assist with generating HEAT Selections as needed. Assist with generating HIT Selections as needed. Assist with generating Live Quotes for final bidding process as needed. Generate freight Quotes including duties and customs MEI HI. Inspection Reports General customer service duties Step into PM role as needed due to illness or vacation. Assist with post shipment problems.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree and related experience and/or training Basic knowledge of AutoCAD A clear understanding of computers and ability to navigate various software packages including HIT, AX, HST Sales, Microsoft Office and Halton Design Software
Language Skills
Ability to read and speak English. Possess both written and oral communication skills appropriate to a workplace environment. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish would be advantageous.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Working knowledge of both Metric and Imperial systems in conjunction with both Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Other Skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
