Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (Project Management)
This opening is for 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, and requires a valid Pennsylvania RN license.

In coordination with the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing responsibilities include:
Supervise, direct, and evaluate the nursing staff and provide feedback
Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and systems
Assist with the oversight of the scheduling of staff and ensure adequate coverage
Assist with assessing patient care needs, developing care plans, and monitoring progress
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
Assist in budget development and management
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements for the Assistant Director of Nursing opening include:
A current Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years of experience, minimum, in a supervisory role within a hospital, nursing home, or similar setting.
3-5 years of experience in skilled care or long-term care setting is preferred.
Knowledge and active understanding of healthcare regulations and standards pertaining to Long Term Care.
Current CPR Certification.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
Satisfactory criminal background check.
Experience and familiarity with electronic charting programs, or willingness to be trained in electronic charting and documentation.
Team Player that is willing to assist in the accomplishment of the overall goal of the facility and for the benefit of our residents.
