Locator (Finance)

In this role, you'll conduct utility and sewer locates to research and inspect data regarding excavation on various construction projects. Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour and up based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate various electronic devices to assist locating and verifying underground utilities including gas, phone, and fiber optic cables.
- Perform various reports and documentation verifying marked utilities.
- Prepare GPS data on located utilities and related above ground features.
- Identifying and marking utility lines using spray paint or colored flags.
- Attending safety meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License.
- Preferred experience with locating utilities (3-5 years).
- Ability to distinguish colors for marked utilities.
- Required to travel 90% - 100%.
- Travel is sometimes on short notice for work assignments and/or training.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 30+ pounds.
