Role reports to: The Senior Manager, US Commercial Business Planning
Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.
Travel %: 10%
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What will you do
The Manager, US Commercial Business Planning and Analytics is responsible for shaping and operationalizing the new Integrated Business Planning forecasting model within the commercial organization and will play a key role in the company's forecasting and budgeting process.
Responsibilities
• This position will be responsible for raising the organizations overall knowledge to help perform at the highest level through demand forecast accuracy
• This position is responsible for leading forecasting and analysis activities for the commercial function working closely with leaders of Brand Growth (Marketing), Customer Development and Finance as well as their teams
• This individual will help develop and report on key consumption, retail and financial metrics ultimately informing and improving financial forecasts
• This individual is responsible for timely analysis and insights each reporting period and designing and executing the Integrated Planning Cycle, ensuring forecast accuracy
• This individual will support the monthly business review process including presenting and working with cross functional Senior Leadership reporting risks and opportunities and framing overall health of business
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• A BA/BS is required
• A minimum of 8 years end to end work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience
• Candidates must demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be market oriented.
• Knowledge of computer technology, analytical software programs, MS Office Suite
• Ability to succeed in a matrix cross-functional environment across all levels of the organization
• Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results
• This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
