We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team in the IT/Datacom industry. This individual will support and coordinate key customer programs and accounts, ensuring smooth execution of projects across internal teams. The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving successful project outcomes, managing customer expectations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Program & Account Management Oversee the management of key customer accounts and IT/Datacom programs, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery. Track project milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and program success. Drive New Technology (NT) and Next Generation (NG) costing activities to support completion of new quotes. Own and coordinate quarterly and annual RFQs for a defined set of customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses for sustaining business. Conduct follow-ups on open quoting opportunities to drive closure and maintain customer engagement. Maintain and update pricing in internal systems, including BDM functions across platforms like the L-drive and Filemaker. Team & Project Coordination Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to drive project execution. Lead meetings and communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key project updates and deliverables. Drive the implementation of new programs, ensuring alignment of tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Support internal teams in resolving project-related issues and optimizing processes for efficiency. Drive coordination of New Product Introductions (NPIs), with a focus on documentation flow and milestone tracking for critical projects and customers. Oversee creation and flow of key documents such as PT, TR, ECM, and eventual input into YouTrack for tracking and visibility. Reporting, Documentation & Compliance Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients and internal leadership. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all program-related activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements. Manage data entry and maintain accurate project records in internal systems and customer portals. Analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Customer Engagement & Logistics Act as a primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring proactive updates and issue resolution. Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to ensure timely processing and necessary follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of IT/Datacom products and services, addressing any logistics challenges proactively. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience. Experience in program or account management, quoting, and project coordination within IT, Datacom, or related industries. Proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset ("driver mentality"). Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with quoting processes, pricing tools (e.g., Filemaker, shared drives), and RFQs. Knowledge of product lifecycle documentation (PTs, TRs, ECMs) and project tools like YouTrack. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects efficiently. Quick to learn technical terms and industry concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus. Collaborative team player with a flexible, positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Industry experience in IT, Datacom, cloud infrastructure, networking, or telecom. Customer-facing experience in account management or sales support.
