POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supervising all day to day aspects of the Outlet Store, Salvage, and Retail Distribution System in both Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia by assisting Regional Directors and Store Managers with transportation, distribution, and inventory of donated and purchased merchandise by ensuring proper and timely pick-up and delivery of materials.  Provide leadership and direction to staff and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote and maintain operations and safety. The ROC General Manager ensures that production, distribution, salvaging and quality goals and standards are achieved; supports the mission by achieving sales, budget, and profit objectives; ensures facility operates in an efficient manner. This position promotes positive application of organizational policies and procedures and ensures operations facilities are operated in such a manner as to reflect a positive internal and external appearance.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

• Manage distribution center, salvage, and outlet store day-to-day operations.
• Manage Operations Team and Site Leadership.
• Uphold and enforce Goodwill of Southwestern PA's policies and procedures. 
• Lead, support, and ensure accountability of salvage operations management to achieve financial and sustainability objectives.
• Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, tracking and organization of all materials and products.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between multiple teams to achieve shared goals.

External Hiring Range: $64,000.00 up to $67,000.00/year

Travel: Local travel may will be required. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 2 years of experience in management required. OR
• Internal Candidates will be considered with - High school diploma or equivalent AND 6 months of experience the Goodwill Assistant Manager role required.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH).
