Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Human Resources)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service to employees, addressing inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.Enter and maintain data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy.Prepare and maintain employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.Assist with the preparation and processing of HR-related documents such as offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and termination documents.Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.Track and assist employees on leave of absence, ensuring compliance with policies and practices.Conduct or assist with new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation sessions, and benefits explanation.Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Assist with special projects as assigned, while adhering to workplace safety protocols.
