Fitness Instructor (On - Call) , Verandah Health Club - Hilton Anatole (Finance)

Hilton Anatole is seeking an experienced Fitness Instructor, at our Verandah Health Club, to join the team!

As a AAA 4-Diamond property spanning 45 acres and featuring over 1,600 luxurious rooms, 600,000 square feet of event space, and seven unique dining options, Hilton Anatole is the epitome of excellence in hospitality. Our Verandah Athletic Club features membership packages, cardio, weight machines, and much more! The club is open from Monday-Friday 5:30am-8:00pm, Saturdays from 6:30am-8:00pm and Sundays from 6:30am-7:00pm.

Our ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years' experience as a fitness instructor, be flexible to work all schedules, and hotel experience preferred. We are looking for someone with HITT and/or cycling certifications.

Shift Pattern: On Call Role- Open availability and flexibility (weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed) (AM/MID shifts). Immediate need (Tuesday and Thursday).

What will I be doing?

As a Club Fitness Instructor, you would be responsible for teaching and facilitating fitness classes offered to members and guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide, teach and facilitate individual and group exercise instruction and workouts for members and guests
• Ensure safe exercise practice through observation, correction, assistance and answering questions
• Ensure current knowledge of exercise techniques and trends
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, as needed
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, the facility, locker rooms, studios, machines and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Perform general Club duties, as needed
