The Warehouseperson person will assist the Warehouse Coordinator in executing daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, sales order processing, and warehouse activities. This role ensures the smooth and efficient flow of goods, helps process sales orders, and maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment. The Warehouseperson will play a critical role in meeting customer and business needs by supporting various warehouse tasks.
· Inventory Assistance:
o Assist in performing regular cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
o Help identify and report discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
o Assist in stock replenishment activities under the guidance of the Warehouse Coordinator.
· Order Processing Support:
o Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in packaging, labeling, and dispatching.
o Support the prioritization of backorders and special requests to ensure timely delivery.
o Help track and update the status of orders in the system, ensuring effective communication between the warehouse and sales teams.
o Ensure timely order process for a good customer experience.
· Sales Order Processing Support:
o Assist in reviewing and processing incoming sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
o Communicate with the sales team to resolve any issues with order details or special requests.
o Ensure that sales orders are prioritized and processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
o Support the Warehouse Coordinator in monitoring the workflow of sales orders through the warehouse and ensure all steps are followed for accurate fulfillment.
· Shipping and Receiving Support:
o Assist in the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
o Help organize and stage products for outbound shipments, ensuring all required shipping documents are prepared.
o Support in scheduling and coordinating with logistics providers to meet shipment timelines.
· Warehouse Maintenance and Safety:
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces, ensuring a safe working environment.
o Assist in the upkeep of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
o Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the Warehouse Coordinator.
· Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
o Support special projects such as inventory audits and warehouse reorganizations.
o Assist in communication with logistics partners, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Reporting and Documentation:
o Help update inventory and order tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
o Assist in generating reports on inventory levels, order processing, and warehouse performance.
o Ensure proper documentation of transactions related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of experience in materials handling.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry our detailed written or oral instructions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Drivers License
COMPUTER SKILLS
Should have good working knowledge of computers.
ATTENDANCE/PUNCTUALITY
Consistently reports to work at the scheduled times, arrives at meeting and appointments on time.
· 2 years working in warehouse environment
· 2 years oil and gas experience
· Stand up forklift operation 2 years
· Sit down forklift operation 2 years
· Pallet Jack operation 1 years
