Machine Learning Data Scientist (Biotech)

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Learning Data Scientist to join our rapidly growing data science team! This role is ideal for a data scientist with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about growing their skills in Analytical AI, ML engineering, RPA development, and deploying solutions in real-world business environments! The successful candidate will combine machine learning experience with process automation capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Leverage and analyze data from across the organization to deliver meaningful insights that result in an improved user experience.
Implement dimensionality reduction techniques for feature selection and data preprocessing.
Develop classification and regression models using various algorithms.
Apply clustering techniques for pattern discovery and segmentation.
Perform statistical analysis including descriptive, discriminant analysis, and multivariate methods.
Build reproducible analytical workflows detailing statistical approaches.
Validate model assumptions, interpret model outputs, and assess model performance.
Develop and implement scalable Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and critical metrics.
Maintain and improve existing Business Intelligence solutions.
Support design and implementation of complete ML solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
Develop and maintain APIs for model deployment.
Identify processes suitable for automation and propose RPA solutions.
Design and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes.
Monitor and maintain RPA performance and reliability.
Key requirements:
Proven expertise in visualizing data that promotes action and ease of understanding.
Background in statistical learning methods and ML algorithms.
Expert level knowledge of multivariate statistical methods.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Proficiency with SQL and database concepts.
Expert level knowledge and application of database and data integration tools.
Experience with ML frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud computing architecture and processes.
Knowledge and understanding of software engineering practices.
Experience with at least one major RPA platform.
Understanding of business process automation principles.
Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
Collaboration and relationship building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
