Accounting Generalist (Administrative)
Training and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent combination of high school diploma/AA degree and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge and experience with large integrated payroll and HR software is desired, Kronos/ UKG Workforce Ready is preferred. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains desired. Practice exceptional ethical behavior, maintaining extreme confidentiality regarding payroll, personnel, and sensitive financial information. Ability to understand complex rules and laws related to payroll and accounting and follow instructions correctly. Ability to perform with extreme accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent customer and employee interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure, often independently. Ability to work well with a team and to collaborate with others. Strong MS Excel skills.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit for long periods.
Able to work on a computer for long periods.
Able to lift to 45lbs with assistance.
Ability to see, read, and interpret documents.
