Scrum Master (Information Technology)

The Scrum Master will join a team providing a diverse, adaptable development team providing full lifecycle DevSecOps approach and integrates all leading industry standard practices to provide development, testing, deployment, and security and operations support. This program will consolidate, reengineer, and sustain a suite of Veteran-facing processes. The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Scrum Events and will work with the team in facilitating process improvements and ways to improve quality, delivery, and team velocity.

Position Responsibilities:
Agile backlog management
Requirements gathering/elicitation
Meeting facilitation
Support Product demonstrations
Support analysis of business needs and user stories to identify technical solutions
Participate in the requirements definition process to better understand the customer needs
Support the creation and delivery of project documentation
Ability to work with a blended team
Maintain: Taskboard, Burn-down/burn-up charts, Action items
Assist in providing reports regarding sprint and Program Increment metrics
Assists Product Analysts in backlog refinement sessions which help team the create and maintain an organized
Facilitates team retrospectives sessions and Support relentless improvement backlog
Development and maintenance of a management dashboard, providing trending and key project metrics to stakeholders
