The Associate Analyst is responsible for all activity related to the distribution of the Gas Measurement Volume Statements, maintaining the business party to meter relationship within the measurement application, and serving as the primary internal\external customer service contact for requests related to these items. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Learn and apply all business rules that pertain to the Gas Measurement Volume Statement distribution processes and meter business party changes
Fulfill internal and external customer inquiries regarding Gas Measurement Volume Statements
Maintain all meter business party changes
Comply with all API 21 audit requests as needed
Create and maintain business process documentation pertaining to your area of responsibility
Publish specific reports after gas pipeline asset closing every month
C ollaborate with the team to test measurement system changes
Assist the team with resolving data integrity issues
Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve issues
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
An Associate's degree is required
College degree is preferred
Proficient math and analytical troubleshooting skills
Understands and demonstrates computer functionality and has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a desire to learn our end-to-end business and eager to collaborate with the team as needed
Able to work well both independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Customer service experience is a plus
Self-starter looking to grow your contribution to the team as your knowledge base expands
The ideal candidate has a strong background with Access Db, Excel
