Provide clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards, and in full compliance with licensure standards.
Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
Report to direct supervisor, and other administrative staff as required, in a timely and comprehensive manner.
Maintain personal compliance with all training requirements and personnel documentation standards.
Submit to Human Resources promptly copies of all required documentation regarding degrees, licenses, certifications, clearance, and formal training.
Collect outcome data (i.e., CBCL or ATEC) for all clients at times of service re-authorization.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, agency personnel, and the general public.
Work within a group to develop internal systems to improve or ensure quality services.
Provide the full provision of clinically indicated services and supporting documentation
Submit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentation.
Assist with the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments on caseload as assigned.
Assist with the development and oversight of the implementation of behavior management plans.
Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as necessary
Provide case consultation to BHTs providing services on all shared cases and for other staff as required by the Coordinator.
Provide clinical consultation to parents, extended family, teachers, and other adult caregivers regarding prescribed behavioral interventions.
Complete accurate and timely payroll and billing documentation, and clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes and behavior plans.
Monitor service effectiveness and make modifications to services based on supervisory and/or consultative feedback.
Participate in all required individual and peer supervision, as well as all applicable program staff meetings.
Minimum Requirements:Education:
Bachelor's degree and meets qualifications for licensure as a behavior specialist.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or related field and has a certification as a BC-ABA
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or related field with a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 months of experience in providing ABA services.
Pennsylvania Act 33 clearance. Pennsylvania Act 34 clearance. Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
