Food and Beverage Supervisor - Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina (Finance)
Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is searching for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead their team! This position will report to the Catering Manager and will oversee outlet and banquet operations.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with at least two years of food and beverage leadership experience, possessing strong team development and accountability skills, as well as a hands-on floor presence. This individual will excel in problem resolution and have experience overseeing multiple concepts. A strong beverage/bar background and hotel experience are highly preferred. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, payroll, and ordering is a plus.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
