Manufacturing Supervisor - Bindery (Finance)

Location: South Plant - 600 State Road 32 West, Crawfordsville, IN
Shift: Overnight | 40 hours per week
Salary: Based on experience, $75,000-$85,000 annually, plus bonus

As our Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and support your team throughout the shift
• Set daily staffing plans and adjust as needed
• Focus on safety and quality every step of the way
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your crew
• Troubleshoot issues and keep things running smoothly
• Work with your manager to find ways to improve operations
• Join in on continuous improvement projects

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience with continuous improvement
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to solve problems and stay organized
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Bilingual is a plus
