Manager, IT Business & Resources (Finance)
Education & Experience
Required:
o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other related field, or equivalent experience. o 7+ years of related operational experience, to include managing vendors, contracts and assets, staffing analysis and budget analysis o Experience with demand forecasting and establishing and evaluating performance and metrics
Preferred:
IT business office experience
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for vendor related communication and be a functional bridge between internal teams and the vendor, help Senior management and their teams meet their strategic and tactical objectives in their use of the vendor technologies, promoting of vendor products, roadmaps and events. Managing problem escalation, vendor agreements, purchases and reporting.
• Evaluate and recommend potential new vendors using the criteria established in the company.
• Support vendor agreements/contracts in collaboration with the other departments.
• Manage and oversee the vendor relationship, contracts and delivery of services. Monitor and analyze costs, performance, identify and manage risks and escalate potential issues.
• Manage overall vendor performance - including variance analysis and acting as an escalation point in event of non-performance.
• Effectively document and communicate potentially high impact issues to Senior Management as necessary and work towards timely and effective resolution of vendor issues.
• Maintains records and control of property owned by company, vendors, contractors, and government agencies. Conducts inventories; arranges disposal of obsolete or no-longer-required items.
• Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor, property and assets in accordance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations.
• Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
• Defines, tracks and reports on service desk and other IT performance metrics.

Problem Solving / Analysis: Ability to solve problems through systematic analysis of processes with sound judgment; Has a realistic understanding of relevant issues.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of the technology impacts on business strategic direction enabling definition and integration of technical plans supporting the enterprise business functions; Knowledge and expertise in project/program management methodologies and tools; Experience with product/solution/system lifecycles and IT asset management; Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise software; Proficient with Microsoft Project, Project Server, Visio, Excel and SharePoint Services

Works in a standard office working conditions, with occasional travel o Availability to work non-regular hours and long shifts as required
